Property Investment

I have been investing in UK Property market since 2019. It started with a passive investment strategy alongside my day job. The objective was to attain Financial Independence at an early age and create freedom of time. In Apr 2024, I left my corporate life behind to focus full time on Property Business. That is when I founded Xcelerate Properties. I focus on high yielding cash flow strategies such as HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupancy) and Service Accomodation. In addition to using my own investments, I work with selective list of clients to provide them desirables return backed by properties.

Property Developement

Once we acquire a site, we undertake small scale development, Usually it is a mix of extension and refurbishment to maximize the potential of real estate asset. Usually the work is done within Permitted Development Rights (PDR) to avoid full planning application thus reducing financial risk and development timelines. My Investment area is primarily working towns in Kent such as Dover, Folkestone,  Maidstone and Medway towns.

Supported Living

I am passionate about contributing to society. Social entrepreneurship underpins my business objectives. This is why I am focusing on supported living where we want to provide housing to people to live in an independent setup while they continue to receive care and assistance. We are building relationship with Housing associations and Care providers so the housing needs of vulnerable individuals can be met with respect and dignity.
